Master Chef is back!
Don't miss out on this unique multi-course dinner event supporting two amazing local organizations,
Prescott Meals on Wheels and U.S. VETS Prescott. 
The event will feature Chef Robert Davis with Alta Vista Senior Living and formerly of Prescott Resort.
Chef Robert has created an exquisite five course Southwest inspired menu utilizing locally sourced ingredients.
Local honorable veteran students at the U.S. VETS Prescott culinary program will be working alongside Chef Robert assisting him with each course and learning new techniques along the way.
Date/Time: Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 5:30 - 8:00 pm
Location: The Hilltop Cafe at Prescott Meals on Wheels 1280 E. Rosser St. Prescott  
Tickets: $75.00 each. Includes five-course meal paired with beverages (non-alcoholic and alcoholic)

     Jalapeno Cream
     Chorizo stuffed quail, cucumber ring filled with micro greens, yucca crisps, tomato confit, brunoise peppers  
      topped with prickly pear cactus vinaigrette
     Roasted lollipop of lamb with spearmint glaze and jicama slaw
     Braised beef short rib with reduction of pan jus, served with polenta of masa and apple cider braised cabbage
     Pomegranate flan with fennel pollen caramel and lime chantilly
