Looking for a meaningful and rewarding volunteer opportunity in your community?
Prescott Meals on Wheels is currently seeking volunteer drivers to deliver meals, smiles and complete wellness checks to our homebound clients in Prescott and Prescott Valley.
Post pandemic, our permanent drivers, deliver one day per week Monday through Friday. The time commitment is roughly 3 hours from 10:00 am- 1:00 pm. Routes start and end at our office at 1280 E. Rosser St. in Prescott. All drivers are required to have a Level One Finger Print Clearance Card, current driver’s license, and auto insurance.
We are also seeking volunteers who are willing to substitute as drivers to pick up routes when the permanent drivers are unable to drive Monday through Friday.
Volunteer drivers will receive mileage reimbursement and a lunch on the day they volunteer.
